Centerra offers the first and only lifestyle shopping center in Northern Colorado, The Promenade Shops at Centerra. The 680,000 square foot lifestyle center is a joint venture between McWhinney and Poag & McEwen, the national Lifestyle Centers developer, and features exclusive to market retailers such as Banana Republic, Bebe, White House/Black Market, Chico's, Soma, Jos A. Banks, Coldwater Creek, Christopher & Banks, Ann Taylor Loft, P.F. Chang's, and Build-A-Bear Workshop. The center is currently 92% leased.

Centerra shoppers also enjoy the largest contiguous retail power center in Northern Colorado, The Marketplace at Centerra. The Marketplace is anchored by Target, Sportman's Warehouse, Bed, Bath & Beyond, PetsMart, and JoAnn's Fabric among others, which comprise a total of 500,000 square feet.

Within Centerra is the Medical Center of the Rockies, a state-of-the-art 136 bed cardiac and trauma specialty hospital, which is one of only two LEED(r) certified hospitals in the United States.

Centerra offers the 100-acre Motorplex, which is home to five locally-owned dealerships including Co's BMW Center, Ferrero Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, King Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Davidson Chevrolet, and Subaru of Loveland. Co's BMW's sales have increased 38% since moving to the new location. Also in Centerra is L2, the first web-based, pre-owned vehicle store in the country.

Heska, Inc. develops innovative, research driven solutions that truly impact the quality of pet care. Their new national Headquarters houses 140 local employees.

Kroll Factual Data, a national provider of business information services, also located their national headquarters and 250 employees at Centerra.

EMC corporation, known worldwide for it's expertise in information management and storage, opened a 14,250 square foot regional office at Centerra in June 2007.

The High Plains Environmental Center (HPEC), created by McWhinney & McStain Neighborhoods, believes in exploring the connections between sustainable living and ecological processes and that understanding the interactions between the natural and built environments inspires stewardship, and fosters personal and community well being.
